The initial assessment is an Intake Session that is 75 minutes in length and a one time fee of $275.00.
Standard Couple Counseling sessions are 50 minutes in length and the fee is $225.00 per session.
Standard Individual Counseling sessions are 50 minutes in length and the fee is $175.00 per session.
Longer sessions are available and the fee is simply pro-rated on the standard session fee.
INSURANCE OR HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS (HSAs)
I am an Out of Network Therapist with all insurances. Depending upon your specific policy services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please note that I am paid in full at the end of each session by credit or debit card, and for those who have out of network benefits, I can provide you a fee slip that you would then submit to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement at your policy's plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling them directly and asking the following questions:
- Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my out of network deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If you have an HSA plan, you may pay for medical services with your HSA Debit Card up to its balance.
PAYMENT
Credit and Debit Cards, Apple-Pay, or HSA Debit Card
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not provided at least 48 hours in advance , you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Exceptions for medical illness or emergencies.
